Welcome to the another edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival! Each week, we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available and then serve them up for you to enjoy. This week, we’ve got eleven great productions that tell great stories and transport you to some incredible destinations—from Chilean Patagonia to the mountains of Alabama, and from the Canadian Rockies to the Everglades.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

Discovering a river that holds hope for one of California’s great remaining wild fisheries.

Dave and Amelia find big trout along the Chile-Argentina border.

Fly fishing for big tarpon deep in the backcountry of the Florida Everglades.

Normally, I wouldn’t include this video because the fish is out of the water too long, but the overall ethos of being cool to others on the river is powerful.

Rafting and fly fishing a remote canyon in Idaho.

Just a minute of fly-fishing eye candy.

A sweet short film that ends with a very nice trout.

More talking than I’d prefer, but a cool story about three days in BC. That hail scene is harrowing.

I’ve never fished in California, but this video makes me want to.

This is a fun story about discovering fly fishing and a native bass species.

Great stuff from The New Fly Fisher in the Canadian Maritimes.
