Here’s another installment in a series about fly casting from the folks at Mad River Outfitters in Columbus, Ohio. Here, Brian Flechsig talks about why you want your casting loop to be tight, and then he shows you how to do it. In the process, he invokes the theories of both Lefty Kreh and Flip Pallot, which is a pretty good idea. Flechsig shows you how to think about speeding up and stopping the rod while maintaining the proper casting angle.
