James Michael Dudley

FARMINGTON – James Michael Dudley, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on July 11, 2022, at Mercy Hospital St Louis at the age of 76. He was born on August 24, 1945, in San Diego, California, to the late James and Ann (Hein) Dudley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Jacqueline “Diane” (Sink) Dudley, and his sister, Kathy (the late John) Echenbrenner.

James is survived by his children, Blake (and fiance’ Linda Todaro) Dudley of Farmington and Heather (and husband, Scott) Zone of St. Albans, his grandchildren, Charlie, Ashley, and Lauren, his brother, Patrick (and wife, Donna) Dudley of Eureka, nieces and nephews, Jennifer and Brent Dudley and Holly and Noel Echenbrenner, along with many friends.

James proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. He retired after many years as a communications equipment installer. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Farmington. James enjoyed tying flies, fly fishing, cooking, and yardwork. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
