GREYWOLF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Greywolf is looking to bring a book fair to students later this spring, but are seeking Parent-Teacher Association volunteers for morning and afternoon shifts to help run it. To help out complete three steps: become a PTA member (only PTA members — see greywolfpta.com/home/membership — can help run the cash register; fill out a volunteer application with the district (sequimschools.org/ADE/volunteering), and email the PTA at greywolfpta@gmail.com.
HELEN HALLER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The Scholastic Book Fair is back at Helen Haller for 2022, and it’s in-person. The fair is set for
April 18-22. Fair organizers are seeking volunteers. Sign up for a time slot at hhe.sequimschools.org. Volunteers will also need to be approved through the district office at sequimschools.org/ADE/volunteering.
SEQUIM MIDDLE SCHOOL
Upcoming SMS track meets are April 27, May 4, May 11, May 18 and May 25.
The middle school has a number of clubs to try out, including Harry Potter and Genshin Impact on Mondays, Art Club and Rocket League on Tuesdays, Hiking Club on Wednesdays, Fly Fishing, Game Club and Science Club on Thursdays, and Dungeons & Dragons on Fridays.
SEQUIM HIGH SCHOOL
Class ASB elections will be held Wednesday,
April 20, during homeroom.
Sequim High School’s Annual Art Show is from
6-8 p.m. Friday, May 6, in the small annex gymnasium. All SHS students are welcome to enter artwork. Contact Mrs. Maxwell or Ms. Hall for entry forms and have artwork to them by Monday, May 2.
Cheer tryouts are
3-6:30 p.m. April 25-28, in the small gym. Students need white and pink cards to try out. See Mrs. Lancheros for more information.
