The Cotter City Council has five new items to consider when it meets Thursday evening at 6 for a meeting postponed one week due to inclement weather.

Among the five items is a resolution to allow the one-time sale of craft beer and wine at the FT3 Fly Fishing Film Ttour special movie event in Big Spring Park May 28.

The council will also consider resolutions to apply for 75% grant assistance from the USDA Rural Development to purchase a police vehicle and to amend the 2022 general operating budget allocation of the 1% city sales and use tax revenue for sewer and water receipts and transfer.

The council will review Arkansas Act 605 of 2021 amending the statute providing oversight by the Arkansas Natural Resource Commission and the Arkansas Department of Health concerning retail water providers.

The council will also consider setting a workshop in March.
