And no, the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are not part of Microsoft’s holiday deals, which isn’t all that surprising since they were just released and are in very short supply. But if you’re interested in deals on games, peripherals, and Game Pass subscriptions, you may still find something you want at a nice discount.
“We have seen overwhelming global demand from our fans for the next generation of Xbox consoles, and we encourage you to check in with your local retailers directly for more details on availability in your market,” Microsoft’s Larry Hryb says of the Xbox Series X|S. “While Xbox Series X|S consoles are not part of our holiday deals, we’re thrilled to offer an incredible discount on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate – the must-have gift for the gamer in your life – and deals on games as well as Xbox controllers.”
Here’s what you can expect.
Xbox Game Pass. The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will be 40 percent off for three months. This deal runs from Sunday, November 22 through Monday, November 30.
Games. Console digital game titles will be up to 55 percent off, and PC digital titles will be up to 60 percent off. This deal runs from Sunday, November 22 through Thursday, December 3.
Xbox controllers. Select Xbox wireless controllers, including the new Carbon Black, Robot White, and Shock Blue models, will be up to $20 off. This deal runs from Sunday, November 22 through Monday, November 30.
These deals will be available at Xbox.com, the Microsoft Store, and participating retailers, Microsoft says.
