Here’s an amazing production from our favorite Lithuanian/Norwegian filmmakers, Nerijus and Vaidas of Black Fly Eyes. Previously, they had headed to Alphonse, one of the Outer Seychelles, and came back with a remarkable film. The next year, they went even farther afield, to Astove, one of the Outerest Seychelles, some 650 miles southwest of the capital, Victoria. As you’ll see, Astove offers a remarkable variety of saltwater habitats, species, and fishing opportunities. And it looks like our intrepid filmmakers made the most of them.

The Astove Atoll is in the southern Indian Ocean, closer to Madagascar than to the capital of the Seychelles.
