In this week’s great video from Tim Flagler of Tightline Productions, he shows you how to tie a cool Hendrickson-nymph pattern that imitates the naturals in his western-New Jersey streams. (SBR stands for South Branch of the Raritan.) Although the finished fly looks complicated, Tim’s tying steps are remarkably simple, using a single material to perform double duty. As always, watch these videos in 4K for maximum effect.
