I have to admit that I need a better strategy for organizing my fly-fishing gear. In this video, Colin McKeown of The New Fly Fisher walks us through his system for storing his gear in such a way that he can quickly find whatever he’s looking for. We may not all have as much gear as Colin does–he has been running a fly-fishing TV show for many years, after all–but we can benefit from his experience. Taking the time to create a good and easy-to-use storage system avoids a lot of thrashing about through various containers and drawers looking for that one piece of gear you need but can’t find.
