Timothy Wayne Jakubik was born on January 6, 1969 in Richmond, Texas to Laura and Walter Jakubik.
On August 31, 2021 he married Leah Fraser.
They made their happy home in Needville, Texas.
Tim passed away in his home on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at the age of 52 years. He is survived by his bride, Leah Jakubik; father, Walter Jakubik; sister Gina Weidemann; nieces, Hope and Kaylee Weidemann; stepson, Jacob Fraser; and a host of dear friends and extended family.
Tim had a great love for music.
His love was shown behind the sound board of many bands and DJing events.
He especially enjoyed being the soundman of the Needville Harvest Festival. He loved to fish, especially fly fishing at the White River in Arkansas. But his favorite place to fish was with his friends chewing on a cigar and drinking whiskey. He never met a deer he didn’t like. Tim had an amazing talent to create and fix things, and loved to build and fly RC planes and helicopters.
Tim was a humorous prankster. His wit brought smiles to everyone he met. He laughed often and his smile never stopped. He lived life to the fullest with humor and with a great love for those dear to him.
Visitation will be Monday, Oct.11th from 5 – 7 pm at Davis-Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services for Tim are scheduled for Tuesday, October 12th at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home with Reverend Ron Shifley officiating. A private burial will follow for immediate family and close friends at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg, Texas.
