SEASON, ENDING WITH A DUB >> RIGHT NOW ON WLWT, THE REGULAR SEASON ENDING WITH A W FOR THE BENGALS AND A COIN TOSS BUT NOT THE ONE THE BENGALS FANS WERE ALL FIRED UP ABOUT. >> IT JUST LANDED. >> A LOOK AT THE PLAYOFF PICTURE AS WHO DEY NATION, CELEBRATES TONIGHT. >> SCATTERED RAIN CHANCES AND A WINTRY MIX. STAY WITH US THROUGH THIS EVENING BUT DRIER AND WARMER DAYS ARE AHEAD LATER THIS WEEK. I WILL TELL YOU WHEN THE WARM-UP MOVES IN AND HOW LONG IT IS HERE TO STAY JUST AHEAD. >> ONE MAN IS DEAD, ANOTHER IN CUSTODY AFTER A FIGHT OVER MONEY. THE LATEST ON TONIGHT’S INVESTIGATION IN CLERMONT COUNTY. >> THIS IS WLWT NEWS 5, LEADING THE WAY. >> CELEBRATION CIGARS PASSED AROUND IN THE LOOK OF ROOM TONIGHT. THE BENGALS NOW THE RULERS OF THE AFC NORTH FOR THE SECOND STRAIGHT YEAR ENDING THE REGULAR SEASON WITH A W. JOE COOL. THANKS A LOT FOR JOINING US AT 6:00. IT WAS UGLY AND COOL JOE WAS NOT AS LABOR — WAS NOT AS LASER SHARP. THE BENGALS BEATING THE RAVENS. AS SOME FAMINES CALLED THEM THE RAT BIRDS. NO COIN TOSS NEEDED. OLIVIA RAY AND DANIEL DINDAK LEADING THE WAY WITH SPECIAL BENGALS COVERAGE. WE BEGIN WITH OLIVIA RAY AT PAYCOR STADIUM. HI, OLIVIA. >> HI, MIKE. I DID NOT HAVE RAT BIRDS ON MY BINGO CARD BUT I DID HAVE VICTORY CIGARS WHICH IS WHAT I SMELL LIKE. THE BENGALS WERE BACK IN PAYCOR STADIUM TO ROUND OUT THE REGULAR SEASON. IT WAS BOUND TO BE AN UNFORGETTABLE FINALE AFTER THE WEEK THEY HAVE ENDURED. SIX DAYS FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION OF THEIR MONDAY NIGHT GAME AGAINST THE BILLS, DAMAR HAMLIN TUNED INTO AND LIVE TWEETED THE BUFFALO BILLS GAME TODAY JUST A FEW MILES FROM HERE WHERE THE BENGALS WERE TRYING TO LOCK UP A HOME PLAYOFF SPOT. LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT THESE HIGHLIGHTS FROM TODAY AS THE BENGALS HOSTED THE RAVENS. THE FINAL SUNDAY OF THE REGULAR SEASON. LIKELY THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THEY WILL FACE THE RAVENS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN TWO WEEKS. THE WORD DISRESPECT WAS TOSSED AROUND IN THIS BUILDING ALL WEEK LONG. JOE MIXON REMINDED THE LEAGUE HOW THE BENGALS FEEL ABOUT THIS. THIS WAS A TURNOVER FIRST AND HE TURNED INTO A TOUCHDOWN. HE CAPPED IT WITH A COIN FLIP CELEBRATION. THE BENGALS WERE UP BY 10 UNDER THE FIRST QUARTER. IN THE SECOND TWO PLAYS AFTER THE BENGALS DEFENSE WAS A SECOND TAKE AWAY, JOE BURROW TOSSES A TIME TO JA’MARR CHASE. . THAT IS A SINGLE-SEASON FRANCHISE RECORD FOR BOROUGH. 30 SECONDS BEFORE HALF, BACKED UP INSIDE THE RAVENS FIVE AND TREY HENDRICKSON EXPLODED OFF THE EDGE. HE RIPPED THE FOOTBALL LOOSE. JOSEPH OSSAI RECOVERS IT IN THE END ZONE. THAT WAS 21 POINTS OFF OF TURNOVERS FOR THE BENGALS IN THE FIRST HALF. THEY LED 24-7 AND THE BENGALS WORLD TO A 27-16 WIN. LIKE MIKE SAID, THE SECOND HALF WAS NOT PRETTY AT TIMES BUT THEY WERE ALREADY AFC NORTH CHAMPIONS AND FINALLY NOW IT FEELS LIKE IT FOR THIS COURTROOM WHO HAS WON EIGHT IN A ROW. >> AFC FOOTBALL SHOW ME A PRETTY GAME ANYONE HAS WON IN THIS DIVISION AND IT WILL BE THE FIRST ONE I HAVE SEEN. I AM PROUD OF THE LADIES GUYS FOUND TO GET IT DONE. >> WE NEEDED THIS ONE — IF WE DID NOT WHEN THIS WHEN TECHNICALLY WE WOULD HAVE WON THE DIVISION BUT IT WOULD NOT HAVE FELT LIKE IT. WE WOULD HAVE TO PLAY NEXT WEEK TO GET THE WIN ESPECIALLY ME. IT IS GREAT TO GET THE WIN BUT ONTO THE NEXT ONE. >> ONTO THE NEXT ONE. THE BENGALS ARE OFFICIALLY A THREE SEED. THE RAVENS, THE SIXTH. GUESS WHO WILL BE COMING BACK TO TOWN NEXT WEEKEND AT SOME TIME. WE ARE NOT SURE THE TIMELINE OF WHEN THE BENGALS WILL HOST THE RAVENS IN THIS REMATCH OF THE WILD-CARD ROUND. IT COULD BE SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR MONDAY. WE WILL CHAT ABOUT THAT AND MUCH MORE IN SPORTS INCLUDING VICTORY CIGARS, SOME WERE COIN FLIP CELEBRATIONS, PLAYOFF SCENARIOS AND MUCH MORE ALL AHEAD AT SPORTS. WE WILL SEE YOU THEN. MIKE: GET READY FOR A RUN LIKE LAST YEAR. WHO DEY NATION PACKING THE JUNGLE FOR THE NEXT SEASON GAME. DANIELLE DINDAK IS LIVE RIGHT NOW. SHE CONTINUES OUR TEAM COVERAGE FROM REACTION FROM ALL KINDS OF FANS LOCKED IN ON THOSE PLAYOFFS. HI THERE, DANIELLE. >> ALL THOSE COINS ARE NOW OFF THE TABLE BECAUSE THE BENGALS CAME IN WITH THEIR PAWS READY TO TAKE CONTROL OF THE PLAYOFF . LET ME TELL YOU WHO DEY SHELLED OUT. NOT ONLY WAS PAYCOR ELECTRIC BUT THE BANKS WERE ELECTRIC. WE HEARD SCREAMS FROM EVERY DIRECTION. TODAY’S WIN WAS SO NEEDED FOR SO MANY REASONS. EVERYONE IS THANKFUL DAMAR HAMLIN IS ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY BUT A LETTER FANS ARE FLIPPING OUT OVER THE POSSIBLE COIN TOSS UNDER THE NEW PLAYOFF ROLES. WHO DEY NATION NEVER FEARED SAYING WHO WANTS TO PLAYOFFS. YOU DON’T WANT TO PLAYOFFS. >> YOU DON’T WANT TO PLAY US AND YOU DON’T WANT TO PLAY US HERE. 70,000 PEOPLE GOING NUTS IN THAT STADIUM. THIS IS A JUNGLE AND THIS IS WHERE IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. >> SO MUCH EXCITEMENT DOWN HERE. WE WILL HAVE MUCH MORE FOR YOUR COMING UP LATER ON AT 10:00 AND 11:00. ONE OF THE BIGGEST THINGS FANS WERE TALKING ABOUT AND REENACTING WAS THE COIN FLIP. I WILL BRING THAT FOR YOU LATER COMING UP TONIGHT. IF NEXT WEEK IS ANYTHING LIKE TONIGHT YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING YOUR EARPLUGS TO THE JUNGLE BECAUSE IT WAS THAT LOUD. MIKE: THANKS SO MUCH I WAS WATCHING THE GAME TODAY BUT FLIPPING BACK AND FORTH CHECKING OUT THE BUFFALO SITUATION. WHAT A MOVIE. TODAY IN BUFFALO THE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED GAME BETWEEN THE BILLS AND THE PATRIOTS. YOU SEE HOW THE GAME STARTED? TWO BACK TO THEIR HOME FIELD FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE DAMAR HAMLIN SUFFERED CARDIAC ARREST AFTER A PLAYER PAYCOR STADIUM ON MONDAY NIGHT. IT STARTED WITH A FAIRYTALE KICKOFF FOR THE BILLS. A 96 YARD TOUCHDOWN RETURN BY NAIM HEINZ. OLIVIA RAY WILL HAVE THAT KICKOFF RETURN FOR A TOUCHDOWN AND THE EMOTION IN BUFFALO LATER ON IN SPORTS. DAMAR HAMLIN ABLE TO WATCH THE KICKOFF RETURN FROM HIS BED AT THE HOSPITAL. UC MEDICAL CENTER TODAY. HE TWEETED SEVERAL TIMES ANY SUPPORT OF HIS TEAMMATES WHO WENT ON TO BE THE PATRIOTS 35-23 SECURING THE TWO SEED IN THE AFC. UC AND THE BILLS PROVIDING AN UPDATE SAYING HE IS STILL IN CRITICAL CONDITION BUT HE CONTINUES TO BREATHE ON HIS OWN AND HIS NEUROLOGICAL FUN
