The Service of Remembrance for Mr. Robert “Bob” Paul Cullen, age 81, of Beverly Hills, Florida, will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Beverly Hills Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Friday at the Chapel.
Bob was born on January 20, 1941 in Knoxville, TN to Clarence and Essie (nee’ German) Cullens and died on July 22, 2022 in Lecanto, FL. Bob worked for many years at Florida Gas Transmission, eventually retiring from Enron in 2001 as a project manager. He moved to Beverly Hills from Orlando in 1999. Throughout his life, he provided a great example of how to be a good friend, provider, companion, employee, and Christian. He enjoyed many hobbies, including playing golf, painting, fly fishing, playing his cello and bass, and working with ceramics and stained glass.
Mr. Cullen was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Nancy Poole Cullen, second wife Doris Matheson Cullen, and sister Mary Ruth Eblen. He is survived by his wife, Anne McDonnell Cullen of Beverly Hills, FL, his children: Timothy (Karen) Cullen of Columbia, MD, Andrew (TJ) Cullen of Greenwood, IN, Bruce (Leigh) Santhuff of Imperial, MO, Jeffrey Scott (Tina) Cornwell of Homosassa, FL, Deborah Weltig of St. Louis, MO, Marjorie Santhuff of St. Louis, MO, Kenneth (LeighAnn) Matheson of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Sherri (Joel) Weeks of Homosassa, FL, 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brother Charles Cullen, and sister Annie Rouse.
