Finding trout in big rivers requires an angler to cover a lot of water, and you can make the job easier by identifying the most likely spots that hold fish. In this great video, Dave and Amelia Jensen show how they fish streamers on a stretch that includes cliff-wall deflections and big, midstream rocks. As they focus on specific kinds of water, Amelia changes up both the depth at which her streamers run and the retrieve she uses. Prospecting is all about figuring out what the trout want and then giving it to them.
