We currently are looking for Line and Prep Cooks to join our team for the restaurant and events. Applicants should have line and prep cooking experience and a passion for providing guests high-quality food to enjoy.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Ensuring the highest quality food properly executed to Chef standards. Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Adhering to all Rainbow Ranch recipes. Maintaining open communication with management and fellow team members.
Applicants Must:
Be 18 years of age or older. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be able to list 50+ lbs. Speak, read and write in English. Be able to work standing for 8+ hours. Be flexible in scheduling with the ability to work weekends and holidays. Have ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification (or be able to attain it).
Preferable Advantages:
At least two years of line or prep cooking experience in a fine dining and high-volume establishment is preferred.
Formal culinary training is preferred.

Professional attitudes and appearance. Adaptability, flexibility, positive attitude, event temperament and a keen eye for detail. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively. The ability to assess situations and problem-solve to find effective solutions should challenges arise.
