Welcome to an all-new edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival, in which we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available. This week, we feature eleven glorious productions from all corners of the globe–from New Zealand to Scandinavia and from South Africa to British Columbia. Domestic videos range from Massachusetts smallmouths to Northern Michigan brookies to Montana browns.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

We kick things off with a fun video from Dave Jensen, who is hoist on his own petard. But what a fish!

What is better than fishing dry flies for big trout on a small stream? (Nice reel, btw.)

You don’t often think about Massachusetts as smallmouth country, but this looks pretty darned good.

What makes a hardcore fly fisherman tick?

British Columbia looks magical.

Just a minute of northern-Michigan goodness.

The North remembers . . .

No fish here, but if sure is pretty.

A little South African carp action.

I don’t need to tell you that New Zealand is incredible.

Finally, here is the full-length documentary about the fight to save on of the last free-flowing rivers in the Balkans.
