Welcome to an all-new edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival, in which we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available. This week, we present a dozen videos that are all about summertime (or winter, in the Southern hemisphere). You’ll be transported from Argentinian Patagonia to Eastern Oregon, and from the salt water off Taiwan to the marshes of Louisiana. There’s plenty of mountain-trout goodness, as well.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

We kick things off with a beautiful video about just how tough midsummer fishing can be.

Winter in Patagonia looks and feels different, but the fish are the same.

It’s always magical when you get a chance to get a do-over on a missed trout.
