Welcome to an all new edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival! Every week, we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available and then serve them up for you to enjoy. This week, we’re serving up 11 great videos from a variety of destinations, from New Zealand to Germany, and from Pennsylvania to Montana. A little salty goodness–including a weird South African species–for good measure.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

We kick things off with a magical shorty about springtime fishing in Germany(?).

John Kolb fly fishes a remote area in Pennsylvania’s wilderness chasing native brook trout.

Dr. Scalez manages an inshore slam with a redfish, snook, and seatrout.

I could watch this all day.

This is not the classic Scottish landscape most folks picture.

After the foreign anglers are gone, local Kiwis swing streamers and fish heavy nymphs for big rainbows.

My old friend Lisa has decided to be 12 years old forever. Good idea.

Dave and Amelia enjoy some epic spinner fishing, teaching along the way.

Anglers in South Africa cast flies for elusive guitar sharks (which aren’t really sharks).

Finding native brookies in their home waters makes for a glorious day.

Bill Spicer takes up Euro-nymphing on the small rivers of Ontario.
