Welcome to a classic edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival, in which we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available. This week, we offer a baker’s dozen, featuring some exotic destinations and local waters. These videos will take you from South America to Norway, and from Australia to British Columbia, but few things are as affecting as the opening video, about one man’s connection to his local stream in Kentucky.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

Lorenzo Villalobos, a Kentucky school teacher and fly fisherman, sees fly fishing as his connection to the outdoors and his local watersheds.

Here’s a great profile of a woman who digs van life and fly fishing.

A trip to northern Norway for Atlantic salmon features tons of beauty and laughter.

We don’t find many videos focused on coastal cutthroats, so this is cool to see.

Few things are more relaxing that watching Luke Bannister fish a slow rod on a small stream.

Five minutes of a great fly-fishing adventure in Utah.
