Welcome to the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival! Each week, we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available, and curate them for you. It was another week that fell short, so I’ve supplement the new videos with a few classics from the past. There is plenty of killer angling action from around the globe, as well as from right here at home. From Rocky Mountain trout to stripers in the Southeast to Patagonia and Scandinavia, these videos share the wide world of fly fishing in all its glory. Enjoy!

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

We kick things off with a killer film from Todd Moen of CATCH Magazine, featuring a dashing Brian O’Keefe chasing big bonefish from an SUP in The Bahamas.

This great film from Matt Dunkinson features some savage strikes and huge pike. Cue Echo and the Bunnymen: “I know it must be the killing time.”

Beautiful scenes from small streams in Japan. Soundtrack is a little much.

Here’s a cool trailer for an upcoming video about freshwater stripers.

The guys from Black Fly Eyes explore just how good the trout fishing is on a stretch of river in Norway.

There’s a reason folks are willing to brave the cold on Pyramid Lake.

Here’s a short look at a solo trip for smallies.

I like a good one-cast-one-fish video.

An amazing trip to Chile, featuring our own Tom Rosenbauer.

Dave and Amelia work the spring mayfly hatches of the West.
