Welcome to the another edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival! Each week, we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available and then serve them up for you to enjoy. This week, we’ve got a baker’s dozen productions from such exotic locations as Australia, Chile, and Antigua, but there’s plenty of homegrown action thrown in, as well–such Montana, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota. Our season is just 8 days away here in Vermont, and watching these videos is feeding the stoke, for sure.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

The latest video from Todd Moen of CATCH Magazine is all about Australia’s incredible saltwater fishery.

The latest installment of this great series is focused on the joys of winter fishing for trout.

Our pal Trey at One Reel Media House made this gorgeous video about a saltwater destination you don’t hear much about.

Good times, with the caddis hatch in the full effect on Montana’s Missouri River.

Mark Melnyk lands a beastie in northern Ontario.

One Aussie woman’s quest to catch a fish that’s long been on my bucket list.

Some cool scenes from the small waters of the Tennessee Smokey (no “e”) Mountains.

My friend Tom went to Chilean Patagonia, and all I got was this lousy video.

Just a taste of Midwestern winter fly fishing.

Montana trout are fun, but they aren’t easy.

This young man has a great ethos and an important message for our community.

Banging the banks with streamers produces some killer trout for Amelia.

Finally, here’s a full episode of The New Fly Fisher, about a trip for brook trout and northern pike.
