Welcome to the Ides of March edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival! Each week, we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available and then serve them up for you to enjoy. This week, we are serving up just 8 videos, but several are quite long, including a full hour from some of our favorite Scandinavian anglers. It’s a true international affair, with just one video from the U.S.A. You’ll be transported to Argentina, Belize, Canada, and Spain to experience some remarkable fly-fishing footage.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

We kick things off with an hour-long feature from our old friend Rolf Nylinder, starring our other old friend, Håvard Stubö. (CC button on!)

The magic of the family cabin gets a cinematic treatment here. Just gorgeous.

Some incredible dragonfly action from Argentinian Patagonia.

There’s a reason that El Pescador in Belize is one of Orvis’s top endorsed international lodges.

The quest for a big brown on a dry fly in Spain.

A short exploration of why we get out on the water.

Here’s a cool trailer for new feature from Jensen Fly Fishing called “Spring Creek Immersion.”
