What Gets You Moving?

From intramural sports to varsity athletics, fitness classes to strength and conditioning spaces, rock-climbing walls to outdoor programs, we’ll empower you to pursue physical fitness the way you want to alongside a community of supportive peers and staff.

With state-of-the-art facilities and community spaces to pursue a wide range of fitness activities, there are unlimited ways to get moving and plenty of room to explore new activities. 

Facilities 

A three-story rock climbing wall. A 25-yard competition swimming pool. A bright and airy fitness center. Squash and tennis courts. With 18 state-of-the-art competitive and training facilities, there is nothing holding you back from honing your skills or learning something new.

Classes and Personal Training

Yoga. Spin classes. HIIT workouts. Meditation. Thanks to community experts and student trainers, we’re able to offer regular fitness classes and personal training to meet whatever your interests and workout goals entail.

Intramurals and Club Sports

Our climate and terrain allow us to offer intramurals, club sports, and activities you won’t find at most colleges and universities. In addition to options like ultimate Frisbee and club soccer, we also offer snowshoeing, fly-fishing, rock climbing, and more.
