The Cotter City Council will meet in regular session Thursday evening at 6 in the Cotter City Hall Council Chamber.
Items on the agenda include discussion of Fly Fishing Film Tour movie under the Cotter Bridge in May; a resolution to adopt the 2022 year end amended budget; a resolution establishing a council member code of conduct; a resolution establishing a council member code of meetings; and an ordinance to increase customer water rates based on a rate study by Arkansas Rural Water Association pursuant to ACT 605.
