Carl A. Piergallini, 78, of Dickerson Run, Pa., formally of Hershey, Pa., passed away at home Nov. 30, 2022.
He was born on Oct. 24, 1944, in Camden, N.J., to the late John and Velia (Schiavoni) Piergallini.

Carl A. Piergallini, 78, of Dickerson Run, Pa., formally of Hershey, Pa., passed away at home Nov. 30, 2022.
He was born on Oct. 24, 1944, in Camden, N.J., to the late John and Velia (Schiavoni) Piergallini.
Carl led a full, rounded life. He was not short on his ability to use his resources. Carl was a longtime truck driver, owned Gramm’s Deli in Milford, Del., the Night Owl Bar in Beulah, N.D., and most recently worked at NY Pizza. He was an avid reader, enjoyed fly fishing, gardening and baking bread and biscotti.
He was also preceded in death by his step-mother Frances and step-daughter Kerry Long.
Carl is survived by his wife, Theresa (Gavin), sons Anthony, Patrick (Theresa) and John and step-son Dean Harvey; brothers David, Paul (Lisa) and sister, Lois (William) Filingeri; three grandchildren Audrey (Jonathan) Shutter, Erin and Michael Piergallini and three step-grandchildren Brayden Harvey, Devon and Kara Long; two great grandchildren Sarah and Gwendolyn Shutter. He was a member of St. Rita’s Roman Catholic Church.
