Hamilton Soroptomist has over $40,000 for scholarships for women in trade, technical, certification, undergraduate and advanced or graduate programs. Awards prioritize Ravalli County women with financial need, who are returning to school or training, or who are older women. Training or educational programs do not need to be within Ravalli County. Fly Fishers of the Bitterroot will meet at BJ’s Restaurant in Hamilton. Social hour is 5:30 to 6:30 with drinks/dinner optional. Our presentation is by Peg Miskin “Fishing Fernie, BC’S Rivers.” Peg will be presenting about an August women’s fly fishing trip she organized to Fernie, BC where the group fished the Elk River, Wigwam, and Michele.
