Welcome to the latest edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival, in which we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available and then serve them up for you to enjoy. This week, we have fourteen great productions, featuring a wide variety of species and destinations, from trout in New Zealand to pike in Sweden, and from marlin in Mexico to smallmouth in Maine. This week’s collection was fun to put together, and I hope you enjoy traveling to the corners of the globe.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

We kick things off with a year-end review from another angling couple from Alberta. (One that isn’t Jensen Fly Fishing or Faceless Fly Fishing.) Looks like 2020 was pretty good for them.

When you see that wake, you know something good is about to happen . . . .

This is gorgeous and profound.

This species has been on my bucket list for awhile, bit it’s just moved up a few notches.

Börk börk börk!

Chasing winter bass in Northern California.

This is one of the more relatable videos we’ve ever featured.

That’s a stunning peacock.

It’s simply amazing what phone cameras can do.

Those fish are just ridiculously big.

The Klamath is a beautiful River.

What a toothy monster!

I don’t usually like videos with a lot of talking, but this kid is great.

Finally, here’s a full episode of The New Fly Fisher featuring Tom Rosenbauer chasing big smallies in Maine.
