Welcome to the latest edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival! Each week, we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available and then serve them up for you to enjoy. This week, we’ve got nine great videos with a serious conservation angle. But don’t worry: there’s plenty of killer fish-catching action, as well. You’ll be transported from Iceland to New Zealand, and from Texas to Delaware. Enjoy!

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

We kick things off with a documentary about how open net salmon farms are wreaking havoc on Iceland’s pristine ecosystems.

A cool trailer for a TV show about Atlantic salmon in the Canadian Maritimes.

Mahi mahi, striped marlin, and more on the fly in Mexico.

A young man in search of cold-weather trout in Big Sky Country.

Cool drone footage of catching redfish in Texas.

A dedicated group of anglers work passionately to transform a modest trout stream into a wild trout haven after an ecological setback.

A raft trip on a spectacular wilderness river that holds some magnificent wild trout.

Australia’s Murray cod are a bucket-list species.

Humongous brook trout are the target in this episode of The New Fly Fisher.
