San Diego Craft Collective is a nonprofit organization that has dozens of classes year round in a variety of categories including clay sculpting, custom guitar making, gardening, painting, puppet making, sewing and wood working. Most classes are available in the evening and on the weekends. Since 2009, the Bravo School of Art has been educating the local community with art classes and hands-on crafting courses, workshops and camps for the entire family. Some of these include weaving, painting, indigo dyeing, jewelry making and calligraphy. Various classes are held seven days a week. Art Magic Studio in Oceanside has a handful of options from fluid art painting, resin art and geode art, so you can create paintings, charcuterie boards, coasters, ornaments and more.
