A lot of newbies struggle to get their rod and reel ready for fishing, before they even get on the water. Here, Alvin breaks down the process of assembling your rod, testing your reel drag, stringing the rod, and then preparing it for the walk-in or to go in the boat. These are very simple tips, but they can save you a boatload of frustration.
