The International Fly Fishing Film Festival (IF4) returns on Saturday August 6th to the Lakeside Theater in Rangeley. Doors open at 7PM and the film starts at 7:30PM. IF4 is the world’s leading fly fishing film event and consists of films produced by professional filmmakers from all corners of the globe showcasing the passion of fly fishing. Discounted $15 advance tickets can be purchased at the Outdoor Heritage Museum in Oquossoc, or online at outdoorheritagemuseum.org/events. Tickets will also be available at the door the night of the event for $20, if still available. This event benefits the Rangeley Lakes Region Historical Society and is sponsored by Oxbow Brewing Company.

During Oquossoc Day, August 13th, the grounds of the Outdoor Heritage Museum will be once again filled with arts, crafts, and antiques vendors. Visitors can browse and purchase from over 35 vendors between 10am and 4pm. The Outdoor Heritage Museum will be open for tours and the museum gift shop will be open for browsing and shopping.

The Rangeley Lakes Region Historical Society Annual Fundraiser auction is also back as of July 1st and runs through August 14th. Visit outdoorheritagemuseum.org to browse and place bids on one-of-a-kind items, experiences, works of art, furniture, fishing gear, and more. Check back often as items will continue to be added.
