If you’re looking to book a fun week on the water with other women, check out these fly fishing trips!

While most women who’ve been fishing since they were kids learned from a father figure, it’s generally easier for ladies to learn from other ladies. It can also be much more enjoyable to head off on a girls getaway than to feel the need to prove your fly fishing skills to a group of guys.

Whether you’re a newbie wanting to learn the ropes from other females or a seasoned angler planning a fly fishing outing for your like minded friends, there’s a perfect destination for you to escape testosterone and enjoy a ladies-only adventure.

While most outfitters and lodges don’t serve an exclusively female clientele, many offer special packages and events for women, and a select few booking services coordinate trips strictly for lady anglers. For an all women fly fishing trip, these are your best bets.

Reel Women Fly Fishing Adventures

Co-founded by Lori-Ann Murphy in 1992, Reel Women Fly Fishing Adventures is an award winning operator of fly fishing classes, clinics, and exciting trips. With impressive client to instructor ratios, their Reel Women Guide School and Back to Basics classes help lady anglers learn and improve technique, provide answers to common questions, and offer tailored instruction based on individual needs. Private clinics and fly fishing trips are also available, but these are some of their most popular group destinations to consider.
