Sean Casserly joins the team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole as Resort Manager, trading in city lights for rugged mountain peaks and expansive skylines. Casserly brings more than two decades of Four Seasons experience to his new role, arriving as the property prepares for a bustling winter season across the Resort, The Spa, Westbank Grill, Ascent Lounge and The Handle Bar.

Casserly arrives most recently from Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, where he spent the past several years honing his resort manager skills in an immersive development program, alongside his role as Director of Marketing. Casserly led the property to record-setting performance in 2020, driven in part by the development and execution of creative guest programming including catamaran sailing, the “Winter Village” skating experience and Dinner Under the Stars.

A native New Yorker, Casserly began his hospitality career at Four Seasons Hotel New York in 2000, following graduation from The Culinary Institute of America with his Bachelor of Professional Studies degree. His first role was with the food and beverage team, prior to transitioning to sales and marketing in 2003, working in both corporate and group sales. Following New York, Casserly headed to the west coast as a Sales Manager at Four Seasons Resort Aviara, before being promoted to Director of Sales at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia. Casserly’s next appointment was as a dual Director of Sales, representing both Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and Ritz-Carlton Hotel Chicago (formerly a Four Seasons hotel), prior to his promotion to Director of Marketing in Baltimore.

In Jackson Hole, Casserly will reside with his wife, Kim, and 6-year-old daughter, Violet. An avid adventurer, he enjoys running, cycling, swimming, skiing, cooking and travelling. Casserly is looking forward to adding fly fishing, hiking and backpacking to his list in his new mountain home.
