Plumas Arts is hosting the 13th Annual SYRCL’s Wild & Scenic Environmental Film Festival online Sept. 16. “This is Plumas Arts’ first virtual fundraising event and we are really excited,” said Kara Rockett-Arsenault, event organizer.

This is a live online event showing of six films from the three-day Wild & Scenic Environmental Film Festival in Nevada City, CA. The show starts at 6:30pm and will run approximately 2 hours. Access information will be provided with the ticket.

During the event Plumas Arts will be hosting a live online silent auction. Auction items have been generously donated from business and organizations around the county and include fly fishing trips, mountain bike coaching sessions, art from local artists, downtown Quincy shopping sprees, nature hikes, and socially distanced concerts.

Quintopia Brewing Company will be offering a Wild and Scenic dinner package with dinner and drinks to-go. Please contact Quintopia for more information on the dinner at 530-283-6530.

“This is the perfect opportunity to get the family together, watch some awesome films, and support your local businesses and arts organization all from the comfort of your own home. We hope you can attend and we look forward to ‘seeing’ you there,” Rockett-Arsenault said.

Tickets are $10 and available only at plumasarts.org. The “lobby” and silent auction open at 6 p.m. and films start at 6:30pm sharp. If you have any questions please contact Plumas Arts at 530-283-3402.
